My research focus at MR&S is the conception, execution and analysis of qualitative market-research projects in the research sectors of corporate and brand image, product and concept testing, evaluation of any kind of communication material as well as satisfaction surveys of all kinds. I am especially dedicated to serve my clients with strategic consultation and a well-founded methodological execution of the research projects with unfailing reliability and timeliness. During the research, my clients can especially rely on my strength in moderation.
I’ve been with MR&S since April 2000. First as a project manager, in 2003 I became a Senior Partner, and since March 2006 I have been an associate with MR&S. Since August 2011 Dirk Butterweck and I share the management responsibilities. I earned my core competence by supporting clients in the pharmaceutical industry, in the IT and telecommunication sector as well as by working on the subject of communication research for clients from the media and advertising industries. Before I joined MR&S, I worked as a trained nurse for almost 4 years in my first career, before I studied sociology. With the diploma in the bag, I worked as a scientific employee at Media-Micro-Census GmbH (MMC) for 5 years. On behalf of the members of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e.V. (ag.ma), MMC is conducting the biggest and most important national coverage survey on media planning for print media, radio and TV.
I gather new ideas for the consistent development of creative MR&S research tools for execution and analysis from painting and cooking ‑ colours visualize flavours in your memory! – and from reading and making music. Singing blues, rock and jazz with my band is a great balance to business ‑ and one fine day I will be able to play the clarinet better than just toot the scales up and down! Besides the fine arts, I love being on the road and to show our clients from abroad a little more of our cities than facilities, hotels and restaurant ‑ join me either on feet or by bike!
