Reach MR&S by Public Transportation – fast and comfortable!

S-Bahn from direction Frankfurt
(i.e. from central main station, or stations Hauptwache and Konstablerwache)

• Take S5 direction Friedrichsdorf and exit at station Oberursel Bahnhof.
• The S-Bahn leaves every 15 minutes during the rush hour and after rush hour every 30 minutes.
  • For example from Frankfurt, Central Main Station:
  • always at: xx:24, xx:54
  • during rush hour additionally at: xx:19 and xx:39

• From Main Station Oberursel take Stadtbus 532 (leaves at the opposite street) in direction “Oberursel Hauptfriedhof” and exit almost right on our doorstep at station “Marktplatz”.
• If you prefer walking from Oberursel main station, you will reach Marktplatz after about 10-15 minutes as follows:
  • After leaving the central main station building, cross the subway rails and keep left.
  • After you passed both bus stops turn right into “Adenauerallee” and keep walking ahead.
  • At the large traffic light you will see the pedestrian zone in front of you. This is called “Vorstadt” (see map above). Follow the pedestrian zone until it ends and then turn left into “Strackgasse”. By walking through Oberursel’s loveliest alley you arrive at Marktplatz with the “Vortaunusmuseum” on the left. In front of you, you can see the old town gate. Please cross the market and keep going right towards “Stadtbücherei”. Left, on the opposite of the fountain you have reached your destination: Marktplatz 8. Our office is on the first floor, directly above the photo studio and the pub.

U-Bahn (subway) from direction Frankfurt
(stations: “Hauptwache” or “Willy-Brandt-Platz”)

• Take U3 direction Hohemark until station “Portstraße”.
• The subway leaves every 15 minutes during the rush hour, after the rush hour every 30 minutes to station “Portstraße”.
  • For example from “Willi-Brandt-Platz”:
  • always at: xx:02, xx:32
  • during rush hour additionally at: xx:17 and xx:47

• Watch out: Please make sure that the train you will be on really goes all the way to Oberursel. Those trains marked with the letter “C” on the timetable stop in Frankfurt, Heddernheim and waiting there for the next train is not exactly funny;
• After leaving the train at “Portstraße” keep left in the direction of driving and cross “Hohemarkstraße” at the pedestrian light. You will see a tanning salon (“Sonnenstudio No.1″) in front of you.
• Keep going left until you arrive at the traffic circle. At the traffic circle take the first road on the right and follow “Eppsteinerstraße” until you arrive at “Marktplatz 8″. Our office is on the first floor, directly above the photo studio and the pub.
• If U3 direction Hohemark stops at “Oberursel Bahnhof”, you can either take the “Stadtbus” to “Marktplatz” or walk. Both ways are described above, along with “S-Bahn from direction Frankfurt”.
